ABOUT KAY KASSER
After my diagnosis in 2009 it didn’t take long before I was feeling hungry, confused, isolated and angry. I had a decision to make. I could stay miserable or I could do something about it. I began working to uncover the secret to shopping, cooking and eating gluten and lactose free. Shortly thereafter my mission became ending the stress, confusion and feelings of isolation for others newly diagnosed with dietary challenges; the bridge between their diagnosis and actual daily living.

I am a certified educator, teacher trainer and writer with 20 years of experience. I have spoken at a variety of events as an educational advocate for children with disabilities. I now use my unique set of skills as an educator and major foodie, as well as the knowledge I have gained from research, development and my own personal journey, to coach and educate others who are struggling with dietary challenges.
I offer all of the services I wish someone had offered to me when I was diagnosed.
As the founder of Alive Culinary Coaching, I am an outspoken advocate for others with dietary challenges. I am diligently working to give them the tips, tricks and tools they need to live life to the fullest!
